  I visited the OP store for convenience but was wary because of the poor reviews. There wasn't much help but I found a Queen bed I liked, selected a mattress and went to the counter. The sales girl was nice and went with me to check the bed and mattress. She came back to the cash register and confirmed they were in the warehouse, processed my payment adding a $90 delivery fee. I checked that they would bring the bed and mattress up 1 flight of stairs. The next day I received a text saying the goods would be delivered between 1-4pm on Saturday. At 4.15 I phoned the store and was told to keep waiting they would definitely be delivered. They were not and no courtesy call was received.
  I phoned the store on Sunday and was told they would arrange a different delivery company on the Monday and they would refund the delivery fee because of the inconvenience. Neither of these things happened.
  First I got a call saying they didn't have the Queen Bed and would I take a King instead? They would give me a better mattress. I agreed even though I was worried about having to buy King sheets and Doona. Two days later I got a call saying they didn't have the King bed either and offering another bed which supposedly cost $100 more but which is not part of their current catalogue (old stock). This would be delivered with the original mattress. I agreed again but was disappointed that the bed was a lot chunkier than the more stylish one I had paid for.
  On the Friday I got a text message saying it would be delivered 8-11am on Saturday. The bed was late and when it was delivered the driver would not bring it up the stairs because he said he would need an extra man. This was the same delivery company that they said they would not use again. I refused to accept delivery and eventually another man came to help the first one bring the bed up the stairs into my house.
  Total Saturday wait time: over 8 hours
  Goods received: Not the ones purchased
  Delivery fee has not been refunded.

  I bought a couch and they told me it would take a few months to arrive. When it did arrive it was broken and I couldn't use it. The legs were totally uneven and the spine of the chair was cracked. I called numerous times and was told they ordered a new one. Months later I called to check the progress as I hadn't heard from them and they said they accidentally forgot to order it. Nearly 6 months later I got a replacement. After a couple of months of using the couch is makes a horrible squeaky sound every time you sit on it and the middle leg makes the couch uneven (so I don't use it). They did take $150 off which was nice but I'm pretty much going to throw the sofa out as its faulty again and don't want to go through another 6 months of waiting for a replacement. They are cheaper but it is not worth it. Pay more so you can actually use it :)

  Horrendous customer service! Ordered a headboard and was told it would take 6 weeks. Emailed regarding the delivery but got no reply. Rang the store to be told it came to the warehouse damaged and would not come for another 6 weeks. No one even bothered to call me to make me aware.
